I have really missed seeing my passengers during lockdown. They have become friends over the years. I can’t wait to get back out in my car! MH 2020

I joined bact as a volunteer driver as I became aware of the mobility issues faced by my in-laws and parents as they aged. Meeting older people I began to appreciate their life experiences which were invariably tougher than mine. I have also met many younger people who have various mobility issues and have always been impressed by their positivity which I hope has also been shown in my bact duties. In summary, it has been a very rewarding experience.

Mrs K and her husband were take to the hospital yesterday by Barry. She telephone in to pass on her thanks and gratitude and said Barry was very kind and polite and had the patience of a saint for the length of time he had to wait for them!

I would like to thank the drivers who were very helpful & friendly which made my trips more enjoyable. Your charity provides a very good, prompt service.

I would like to thank you and all your driver’s for the past journeys I’ve had for my Radiotherapy, this is a great service and some really great guys as drivers. All journeys were on time, I have no complaints. Long may BACT continue and give other people the service I have been privileged to use, all the best for the future. JC May 21
